19 November 1746, Mary Cafferty having Last Court complained that Robert Young had detained her freedom Dues and some of her wearing apparel the sd Young being according to the last courts order duly summoned and being now called and failing to appear. It’s ordered the sd Young pay the sd Cafferty two pounds One shilling and the three pence and twenty shillings for the wearing apparel detained from her by the sd Young - Augusta Co. Va.
