Research Notes
Comments:
Currer-Briggs points out that this individual appears to have been both an exporter of servants and a servant himself. This could be simply a confusion of two separate individuals with the same name; however, further research would be required to sort this out. Another interpretation, is that the registrar in Bristol accidentally reversed the names of the servant and the master, in which case, Margaret Jones from Ash, Monmouthshire was the authentic servant.
