Richard Feilding, deced., did by ye Oathes of Joan Brett & Mary Flowers, make appeare to this Cort: Mr. Rich: Feilding did promise to give two yeares off his foure yeares service by Indenture in consideration of foure Servants ( ) by ye sd. Jones for ye said Feilding when in England; & havinge made appeare yt: hee had fully served two yeares to ye sd. Feilding, ye Cort: doth order yt: hee bee now free." (1)
